Our warehouse staff can take your individual products and create ready-to-go packs or kits from those items. These bundled units can be resold to your customers, helping to generate more sales and increase your exposure in the marketplace. If you want, promotional or educational material can be added to the kits. Kitting is also useful when you buy in bulk and need the product broken down into smaller units for resale.
We are committed to staying up to date with the latest technology, especially when it can benefit our business and improve the customer experience. Our competitors often get by with as little as they can. After you choose the services you are purchasing from us, our IT staff will quickly integrate your online shopping platforms with our own systems for a better, more cohesive process. This integration is performed at no charge to our customers. Our IT staff will be happy to answer your questions and address your concerns about the integration until you are completely comfortable.
If you do not already have a return policy in place, our staff will help you create one or fine-tune an existing one. We will make sure your return policy is included on every customer order invoice. Returns will be processed promptly so that items can be returned to stock if appropriate. Records will be documented with reasons for returns and the condition of the returned item. Returned items can be held aside if you want so that you can let us know how you would like us to proceed. You can revise the policy at any time, and we'll make the necessary changes to both the process and the paperwork.
